Build the Foundations of your Yoga Practice
Have you always had yoga on your to do list? Heard how good it makes you feel both physically and emotionally? Wish you had the mobility and ease in movement you once enjoyed? Yoga is waiting for you. This is your opportunity to learn yoga in a small group setting in a welcoming and supportive environment. We want you to discover how good your body can feel when you move and rest. To learn skills to switch off from the busyness and stresses of life and find peace and calm within. Yoga is not just for those who are bendy, zen, strong or special. Yoga is for Every Body, Every One. Yoga is more than just movement. Yoga is joy in motion, to feel amazing in mind, body and spirit with this practice that supports you on and off the yoga mat.
You will learn the most common asanas (yoga postures), some yogic history, develop an understanding of basic pranayama methods (breathing skills) and receive an introduction to the practice of meditation.
This is a 1 hour class held weekly over 6 weeks. As each class has a set program there is no opportunity for make ups if you miss a week.
We keep class numbers low to give you personalised attention. This course is subject to minimum participants. If the minimum number is not reached your booking into the course will be transferred to the next course dates. So join up with a friend and build on your yoga journey together!

Come dressed for comfort with your towel and water bottle. Yoga mats are available to hire or purchase should you not own one.
